I support autistic, ADHD, and neurodivergent students with confidence, study skills, communication, emotional regulation, and everyday learning routines. My approach is calm, structured, and person-centred, with each session adapted to the student’s needs, strengths, pace, and goals.
With a background in cognitive neuroscience, writing, and SEN classroom support, I help students break tasks into manageable steps, understand expectations clearly, build independence, and feel safer asking for help. I use visual supports, clear routines, gentle prompting, and practical strategies to reduce overwhelm and make learning feel more accessible.
