Advert description
I am an interdisciplinary designer, artist, and university lecturer with a specialist background in Fashion Design. I studied Fashion at the Royal College of Art and worked professionally with Alexander McQueen and Vivienne Westwood, developing a deep understanding of creative direction, research processes, concept development and experimental form.
Alongside my industry experience, I lecture in London and support students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels with portfolio development, creative research, 3D form, sculptural techniques, and interdisciplinary design approaches. I also mentor students preparing applications for leading institutions, including RCA, CSM, LCF, Parsons and Antwerp.
My tutoring style is supportive, clear and highly personalised. I help students strengthen their ideas, push their concepts further, and build strong, distinctive portfolios that stand out. Lessons integrate creative strategy, hands-on process, research guidance, visual communication, layout, digital tools, and preparing work for interviews.
I specialise in:
Fashion design portfolio preparation (RCA/CSM/LCF standards)
Creative direction & concept development
Research methods & sketchbook development
Silhouette, form & experimental construction
Interdisciplinary fashion-art approaches
Sculpture, 3D structures & material exploration
Personal statement and interview preparation
I welcome students at all levels — from beginners to advanced designers preparing for top fashion schools or building their professional identity.
