Lucie was an extremely effective and patient tutor for our daughter and we found the structure of her sessions and her teaching methods suited our daughter's learning needs. Every session was well-planned with consolidation homework and our daughter looked forward to her lessons. We specifically used Lucie for non-verbal reasoning tuition. In 6 weeks, she managed to take our daughter from feeling unconfident with NVR to completing timed exams quickly and accurately with very little anxiety. We would highly recommend Lucie as a tutor and so would our daughter.

Lucie is a wonderful tutor! The first session with my 5 year old daughter was to see where she was at with her learning- after we had the opportunity to discuss how Lucie planned to work with her. I could see as lessons progressed that she had quickly picked up on my daughters learning style and sessions were always fun, engaging and educational. It was very clear that Lucie enjoys teaching. I felt the work set was always appropriate and I could see over time a progression in my daughter's learning and concentration. Lucie also has the ability to engage with children very quickly- highly recommended!

My son has been working with Lucie as his tutor now for nearly 4 months. Our experience before Lucie had been mixed with reliability and we had decided to try one more time. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Lucie is reliable, has built a great relationship with my son. He thoroughly enjoys his lessons. His confidence has grown in his literacy work. This has been seen with him gaining full marks in recent SPAG tests and in his comprehension exams he has improved by around 15 marks. Well above average in his class now. Lucie is flexible in her planning and listens to both parent and child when preparing for the lesson. Although we started with literacy work for my son after a recent report Lucie has been working on other area of weakness in maths which has been great. My son has asked for 2 extra lessons to help him in tenses and 2D,3D shapes and angles. Lucie was very accommodating in helping us to fit these in while he was so enthusiastic about learning these. We re
