I am a qualified teacher with over 20 years of experience supporting children and young people to achieve their academic, social, and personal goals. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with teenagers, including those with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and other additional needs, helping them build confidence, independence, resilience, and essential life skills. As a mentor and life coach, I take a personalised and strengths-based approach, supporting young people to develop self-awareness, improve organisation and motivation, manage challenges, and work towards meaningful goals. My background in education and behaviour support enables me to build positive, trusting relationships with teenagers while helping them navigate school, transitions, friendships, emotional wellbeing, and future aspirations. I am passionate about empowering young people to recognise their potential, develop confidence in their abilities, and thrive both academically and personally
