Advert description
I'm a psychologist with a Master's degree in Nutrition and Behaviour from Bournemouth University (UK), and I have over seven years of experience supporting adults through online one-to-one consultations in both English and Spanish.
My approach is personalised, compassionate and evidence-based. Rather than prescribing restrictive diets, I help people understand the relationship between food, emotions and behaviour so they can create sustainable habits that genuinely fit their lives.
Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted by years of dieting, weight cycling and guilt around food. Together, we work towards building a healthier relationship with eating and with their bodies through a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach.
As a psychologist, I also help clients explore the emotional and behavioural factors that influence their eating patterns, including stress, emotional eating, motivation, self-esteem and habit formation. I integrate Behaviour Change theories and practical strategies to help clients make realistic, lasting changes instead of relying on short-term solutions.
Whether your goal is to improve your wellbeing, develop healthier habits or feel more at peace with food, I'll adapt every session to your individual needs and support you every step of the way.
