My teaching approach is grounded in the belief that learning should be practical, engaging, and relevant to each student’s personal and professional goals. With an academic background in psychology, education, and human development, I aim to help learners understand not only the concepts behind leadership and interpersonal skills but also how to apply them in everyday situations.

I currently teach Career Development and Counseling at National Taiwan Normal University, where I encourage students to explore career-related theories, reflect on their strengths, and connect classroom discussions with real-world experiences. I have also worked as a university teaching assistant and English teacher, which has helped me develop a flexible teaching approach for learners with different backgrounds and needs.

My academic research focuses on organizational behavior, workplace inclusion, communication, and power distance. These areas provide a foundation for exploring topics such as teamwork, leadership awareness, professional relationships, and communication challenges in the workplace.
