I provide life coaching in leadership to students to help them commit to their dream of improving their lives

I am a certified coach with a passion for helping people live the best expression of their lives. I do this by helping them envision and achieve their life goals.

Here are some examples of how I do this:
- I coach individuals who may be at cross roads in life and not sure how to take the next step.
- I coach students who are unclear of their direction in life and help them access their innate purpose and create a vision that they can achieve.
- I help people, mostly women, who have spent their lives taking care of others and lost their own dreams along the way to re-connect and re-engage with their vision for their own lives.
