Professional Guitar & Charango Teacher

I am a professional guitarist, charango player, composer and experienced music teacher based in London, offering lessons in classical and electric guitar, charango and music theory.

My lessons are open to children, teenagers and adults, from complete beginners to more advanced musicians. Each lesson is adapted to the student's age, level, musical interests and personal goals.

For guitar students, I teach classical and electric guitar, covering technique, reading music, chords, repertoire, rhythm, improvisation and music theory. Whether you would like to learn classical repertoire, play your favourite songs, prepare for grades or simply enjoy making music, we can build the lessons around what motivates you.

I also offer charango lessons, from beginner to advanced level. As a professional charango performer and composer, I can teach traditional Andean techniques and repertoire as well as explore the instrument in classical, contemporary and modern musical contexts.

My approach is friendly, patient and encouraging. I believe that good technique and musical understanding are important, but lessons should also be enjoyable and give students the confidence to develop their own musical personality.

I have extensive experience teaching both privately and in music schools in London, working with students of different ages, backgrounds and abilities. I can also help students prepare for graded examinations when required.
