MA Philosophy Graduate offering Essay Writing & Critical Thinking in preparation for A level and university courses

As a Philosophy MA graduate and public seminar leader, I specialise in helping students mature in their essay writing, especially in preparation for an upcoming academic year or entrance exam. As a seminar leader in philosophy, I offer a uniquely collaborative space where students are encouraged to develop their own ideas and voice. I work to help students clarify how they express themselves in their writing, refine their style, and structure their argument coherently. We will look at constructing sound arguments, mastering paragraph transitions and overall flow, evaluating information critically, and writing under time pressure. We will also work on analysing and responding to conceptually challenging questions. Source material for lessons includes real texts, past papers, and student's own drafts. I am fully available throughout July and August 2026 for flexible online sessions.
