I am an optimistic person, and witnessing my pupils' personal growth gives me a tremendous sense of accomplishment.

Since I've been a teacher for nine years, I think that giving students positive reinforcement is crucial to maintaining their motivation. As such, I like to give them bonuses or prizes when they do particularly well. I make it a point to treat everyone fairly and consistently because I never want any student to feel excluded or given preference. However, I believe that what keeps children content and eager to learn are those tiny moments of acknowledgment.
