Advert description
I'm a qualified relationship-based social worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work and training in systemic therapy, with over ten years’ experience supporting young people across education, mental health and wellbeing settings. My work has involved helping secondary school, college and university students navigate stress, anxiety, low confidence, academic pressure and major life transitions.
My coaching sessions are supportive, structured and tailored to each student’s individual goals. I combine reflective coaching with practical wellbeing and learning strategies to help students better understand themselves, manage challenges and build confidence in their abilities. Together, we focus on developing skills such as emotional regulation, motivation, resilience, organisation and healthy study balance.
I use a strengths-based and solution-focused approach, creating a safe, non-judgemental space where students feel heard and supported. Sessions include guided reflection, goal-setting and practical tools that students can apply immediately in everyday life.
My aim is not only to help students overcome current difficulties, but to equip them with lifelong skills for wellbeing, independence and self-confidence so they can thrive both academically and personally.
