My coaching sessions are student-led, flexible and creative, designed around each young person’s individual needs, goals and learning style. I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to wellbeing or personal development, so sessions evolve based on what feels most helpful and meaningful for the student at that time.
Sessions take place online in a relaxed, supportive environment where students can talk openly without judgement. Together, we might explore confidence-building, managing stress or anxiety, motivation, study balance, emotional wellbeing, decision-making or navigating life transitions. I combine reflective conversation with practical tools, creative exercises, goal-setting and real-life strategies that students can use immediately.
With over ten years’ experience supporting young people across education, social care and mental health settings, I focus on helping students feel understood, empowered and capable. My aim is to build self-awareness and resilience so students not only overcome current challenges but develop skills that support them long term.
Each session is collaborative, paced to the student, and centred on helping them feel more confident, balanced and able to thrive.
