Cass Cozens

Combining certified coaching skills and experience from 20+ years in corporate real estate and raising four children to provide intuitive, compassionate coaching. I provide a safe, supportive and empathetic space, often online, (but we can discuss), within which we explore what's really going on for you..the patterns, beliefs and history that have shaped who you are but may also be responsible for holding you back from being who you would prefer or even long to be. Coaching is not therapy, but can sometimes look like it as we look to the roots to see what's there to help you integrate and navigate towards a bright, resilient and successful future you. Often we are not aware of just how honestly our subconscious is communicating with us and have not been taught how to understand what it's saying. In sessions with you I listen closely and translate - coaching you to better understand yourself so you're not in this for years. I have had many roles in my life and seen much so can meet you non judgementally with empathy and compassion. I am offering student coaching here, as I have a successful coaching practice and feel students need support at a more affordable rate. (I can provide website if you would like more information). Calls can be weekly or bi-weekly and tend to be paid upfront for four. Many of my clients feel the benefit straight away, with a breakthrough around sessions 4-6, but you set the pace..I meet you where you are and we take it from there.
