I have been working as a personal trainer helping my clients to achieve their goals and maintain motivation.
I am a certified Personal Fitness Trainer (NASM CPT-4). My studies include the NASM OPT model (stabilization, strength, power, cardio respiratory training, circuit training, etc), Qualified as a TRX Suspension trainer weight lifting training Strength & Conditioning.
As I always want to improve myself and help my clients, I became a Corrective Exercise specialist to correct people’s muscle imbalances and help them to avoid injuries during the workout.
Furthermore, I attended the following courses:
1. Functional Movement Screen (FMS) – Level 1, Level 2 (I got both certifications)
2. Professional Fitness Nutrition System by NASM.
Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist (Cancer Exercise Training Institute USA)
Certificated Behavior Change Specialist by NASM
Certificate of Attendance Weight Lifting Workshop, Plyo Agility Speed and Strength & Conditioning, Planning effective programs Workshop from UKSCA Strength Coach.
Certificated in TRX Advanced Group Suspension Training Course. Also, I got qualified to increase my skills in the Corrective Exercise TRX Sports Medicine Suspension Training Course.
I have a valid CPR-AED.
I am registered to EREPS-Level 4 with Number 45577 .
I am registered to CIMSPA UK with Number R0165408
I am Association Member UKSCA No: 34177
Certified on Completion Selective Functional Movement Assessment SFMA level 2 by FMS.
I watch courses online for Yoga Vinyasa. In a few months, I expect to get Certificate as soon as possible for Yoga Vinyasa 200 hours.
