Advert description
Hi ⭐ I'm Clotilde and I have been teaching and tutoring French for five years! After teaching at university, I've gone back to the 1-1 format of tutoring. With me, your learning will be founded on my solid knowledge of French, plenty of experience, and an approach that's constantly adapting to what you need.
TEACHING METHOD
Do you struggle with building sentences? Knowing what pronouns to use, how to connect clauses, or which past tense is adequate?
With me, you can acquire complex grammar all while having a conversation! I offer a contextual approach, with games and authentic documents in addition to oral production. The contextual approach is both more efficient and more fun than your typical textbook lesson!
A typical lesson is structured around conversation and three or four activities based on your needs. The atmosphere is laid back so that you have the best conditions to express yourself.
My qualifications in FLE (French as a foreign language) from the Alliance française will guarantee you sound methodological lessons, following the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
Moreover, I have first-hand experience with French A-levels and can guarantee support with spoken French and French essays for AS and A-levels.
All my lessons are personalised and based on your needs, whether you are looking for support in your French journey or need specific help with school.
Although I will adapt the pace to your needs, I will also make sure you progress in your practise of French by setting a lesson routine including vocabulary and grammar, and regular homework (if wanted!).
All my lessons are based on Google Docs, which I send before class and which you can keep afterwards for review.
