Learn Internal Medicine, Cardiology & Medical Research from a Physician-Academic and PhD researcher | ECG, Echo | Research Methodology & Biostatistics | PLAB, OET, Exam Prep

I am a physician-academic with one year of clinical cardiology residency experience, an interdisciplinary PhD researcher investigating effects of environmental factors on cardiovascular health, and nearly two years of university-level teaching experience as an associate professor. Internal Medicine package: Covers core Internal Medicine systems and clinical reasoning categories commonly tested in postgraduate medicine, based on authoritative resources (e.g. Oxford Handbook of Clinical Medicine, Harrison’s, George & Mathews). We walk through concepts together, identify weaknesses, and target them using mind maps, flashcards, focused tasks, and personalised learning roadmaps in the next session each time.

Cardiology package: Focused on ECG foundations and advanced interpretation, echocardiography essentials, common cardiology complaints, physiology and pathophysiology, and simplified guideline-based ECG reasoning. Structured notes are provided.

Research package: Covers research methodology, scientific writing, PRISMA-based evidence synthesis, literature searching, reference management tools (e.g. citation managers, notebooks), and biostatistics from basic to advanced levels.

Exam Prep package: Covers requirements of board exams such as PLAB, OET, or your shelf exams. Subject to specific individual discussions and requires dedicated sessions.
