From there, we create a clear plan covering key skills — communication, ethical reasoning, motivation, and current NHS topics. Each session includes interactive mock interviews (MMI or panel style), real-time feedback, and targeted practice based on past questions. As lessons progress, I gradually increase difficulty to build confidence and fluency. Every session ends with clear takeaways and improvement points to ensure consistent progress. Lessons can be held online or in person, depending on preference.
