I start by understanding where each student is right now, and build forward from there. My support has two strands: strengthening what a student already does well, and working through the areas where they're struggling, so they gain confidence and close gaps at the same time.

I structure learning so progress stays clear and trackable for both students and parents. Just as importantly, I focus on real understanding of concepts and skills, not memorized steps.

IB Experience
I've taught in IB classrooms and given one-on-one support to students who needed extra help, so I know how to guide students through the IB approach to learning.

As an experienced IB MYP e-assessment author, I know exactly what the MYP Math e-assessment looks like from the inside and where students most often lose marks. I use that insight to prepare students for what they'll actually face.
