I am a passionate and experienced secondary Mathematics teacher with over six years of teaching experience in the UK. I currently serve as Deputy Head of Maths, where I lead curriculum development, support teachers, and help students of all abilities achieve their full potential.

My lessons are personalised, engaging, and structured around each student’s individual needs and learning style. Whether you’re preparing for GCSE Foundation or Higher Maths, catching up on missed topics, building confidence, or aiming for top grades, I create a supportive environment where questions are encouraged and mistakes are viewed as opportunities to learn.

Lessons typically begin with a recap of prior knowledge, followed by clear explanations using step-by-step methods, worked examples, and guided practice before moving on to independent questions. I regularly use exam-style questions, retrieval practice, and targeted feedback to strengthen understanding and improve exam technique. Progress is monitored throughout, with lessons adapted to address any gaps in knowledge.
I believe that every student can succeed in Mathematics with the right guidance, patience, and encouragement. My teaching focuses not only on achieving excellent results but also on developing confidence, resilience, and problem-solving skills that extend beyond the classroom.

My goal is to make Maths feel accessible, enjoyable, and achievable, helping every student reach their academic potential while building the confidence to tackle any mathematical challenge.
