Ainnur is an ICF-certified Life & Personal Development Coach with a solid foundation in business development and a passion for helping others unlock their potential and move forward with clarity and purpose. Began her career as a Business Development Executive at MNC, where she focused on four key areas: sales, people development, communication, and organisational growth. In this role, she facilitated agency teams to drive performance and consistently exceeded productivity, recruitment and sales targets through a people-focused, results-driven approach. Ainnur also contributed actively to the agency forces’ Professional Development Programme, where she led team-building and soft skills training sessions on goal-setting, sales techniques, personal branding, and confidence-building. Additionally, she supported annual planning workshops with agency leaders, helping to realign goals, boost morale, and re-ignite their pursuit of success. Her academic journey led her to earn an MSc in Business Psychology. Drawing on this background, she integrates psychological insights into her coaching, particularly in motivation, mindset, well-being, and behavioural change, making her approach both practical and deeply reflective. Ainnur’s coaching roots began during her college years through student development initiatives, where she discovered her natural strength in facilitation and peer mentoring.
