My lessons are aimed at anyone and everyone who wishes to improve technical skill, and creatively learn how to choreograph.

I teach with the upmost levels of inclusivity. Understanding that all bodies move differently is a huge focus on my approach to teaching. I focus on translating movement through the body in a way in which all participants can learn, be inspired, and find their own feeling of the movement. No movement can be performed inaccurately as it is purely defined through the lens of the participant.
