Italian tutor teaches students to all ages

I am an Italian translator and my languages are English, German and Spanish. I have been translating for International Agencies for more than 30 years. I teach students for a couple of years. I would avoid the one size-fits all approach and tailor my lessons to the level of knowledge, interests and needs of each invidual student, eg conversatioinal Italian vs formal writing or general culture vs specific subjects, in one word - flexibility.
