Interactive biology lessons from Biomedical Sciences graduate currently pursuing MSc in Bioarchaeology and Forensic Anthropology

As a graduate of Biomedical Sciences (Hons) and now pursuing a Masters degree in Bioarchaeology and Forensic Anthropology, I believe interaction and visualisation are crucial factors in learning biology. I don’t deny that memory plays a huge role is recalling all of the important biological names. Who decided to use Latin for them anyway!? A few memory tricks here and there, and a whole lot of practice can make your life easier when it comes to biology. As with all living things, everything’s a cycle. Try to link things with each other, and it’ll help things make more sense. I was always a flow chart/diagram kind of learner anyway :)
