My lessons are tailored to each student's individual learning style, ensuring that every session is engaging, effective, and focused on achieving their goals. I teach GCSE and A-level Biology and Psychology, breaking down complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand explanations before applying this knowledge to exam-style questions.
I use a variety of teaching methods depending on how each student learns best. For visual learners, I incorporate colourful diagrams, mind maps, flowcharts, and illustrations to make difficult concepts easier to remember. I also use videos and interactive resources where appropriate to reinforce understanding and keep lessons engaging.
A strong focus of my lessons is exam preparation. We work through past papers and exam-style questions together, helping students develop the skills needed to answer questions confidently while improving exam technique, time management, and understanding of mark schemes.
At the end of each lesson, students receive copies of all the notes, diagrams, and resources we have covered, allowing them to revise independently and revisit any topics whenever they need. I also provide personalised revision tips and practice questions to strengthen areas that need improvement.
I aim to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence at their own pace.
