In terms of experience, I had my Teaching Internship at Lourdes National High School in Panglao, Bohol, as part of completing my degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education - Major in English where I handled English for Grades 9 and 10, respectively, during the first phase. Moreover, I also handled third-year college students in my previous school (BISU-Main Campus) during the second phase. These experiences has helped me widen my knowledge in discovering essential strategies to ensure an effective learning process. Additionally, I was able to learn different techniques, especially in implementing or using differentiated instruction, as an approach to meet the individual needs of the learners and consider their differences. Furthermore, I also worked as a Private-hired Academic Tutor in my community where I handled a first-grade pupil and taught him basic reading words and simple mathematical operations.
