Passionate and purpose-driven leader with extensive experience in inclusive leadership, team development, and performance coaching. With a proven track record of creating positive, psychologically safe environments, I specialise in building high-performing teams that thrive on collaboration, trust, and shared purpose.

My leadership style is rooted in empathy, authenticity and accountability. I understand that great teams are built through clear vision, supportive coaching, and creating a space where every individual regardless of background feels heard, valued and empowered to contribute.

I hold a Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and a Level 7 ILM in Strategic Approaches to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. These qualifications have equipped me with the tools to challenge limiting beliefs, shift mindsets, and develop both people and systems through inclusive strategies that enable growth at every level.

My approach balances visionary leadership with strategic management, I know how to inspire a team while still delivering on objectives, managing operational needs, and driving improvement. I’ve successfully led multidisciplinary teams made up of both young people and experienced professionals, combining lived experience with expertise to create dynamic, values-driven environments.

In previous roles, I’ve:
- Designed and led award-winning coaching and personal development programmes
- Delivered CPD workshops to improve team cohesion and staff understanding of learner needs
- Developed engagement strategies that improved attendance and wellbeing
- Won several leadership awards, including Creativity & Innovation (2017), Apprenticeship Trainer of the Year (2022–23), and Biggest Impact Award (EDI) multiple quarters in a row.

My qualifications in Leadership & Management (Level 5 Diploma), Team Leading, Child and Adolescent Psychology, and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion provide a well-rounded foundation for strategic leadership with a human focus. I believe in developing leaders at every level, creating a culture of continuous learning, and embedding inclusive practice into everything from recruitment to service delivery.
