I’m a dynamic and engaging trainer who brings leadership to life through a fun, interactive, and accessible delivery style. I believe learning should be enjoyable, relatable, and inclusive. Whether I’m working with senior leaders, youth, or first-time managers, I tailor my approach to meet people where they are.

What sets me apart is my ability to take complex leadership theories and models and break them down in a way that even a 5-year-old could understand. I use storytelling, real-life examples, humour, visuals, and active learning to help concepts stick. My sessions are packed with energy, hands-on activities, and practical scenarios that spark real insight and genuine “aha” moments.

With qualifications including a Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching & Mentoring, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management, and Level 7 in Strategic Approaches to EDI, I combine academic knowledge with years of front-line experience. I’ve trained and coached everyone from at-risk youth to corporate teams, always creating safe spaces where people feel confident to ask questions, share experiences, and explore new ways of thinking.

My goal is always to make learning real, relevant and transformational not just ticking boxes. Whether I’m delivering CPD, leading workshops or coaching individuals, I bring passion, purpose and a genuine commitment to helping others grow into the best version of themselves.
