I am a highly experienced, passionate & successful yoga instructor and a qualified health & nutrition practitioner

I have always taught privately as well as classes because of the tradition of yoga that started out one on one. I was one of the first teachers to enter the London business scene as well as taught at the first Triyoga in Primrose hill. I have taught all over the world and have lead my own teachers training course in South Africa and taught at Green Yoga International in Mallorca in 2021-2024. My yoga teachers were osteopaths so I learnt a lot about the body and what is good for the joints and not pushing and forcing. I am also experienced in breath work, diaphragmatic breathing and the butyeko method. I love teaching yoga!
