I have a Bachelor of Science in History. My specific focus was on European and Asian history. I have nearly two years of tutoring experience and another two and a half years of teaching experience.

Pertaining specifically to teaching English as a foreign language, I have taught and tutored students who spoke Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, French, and Vietnamese as their first language. One of the main details I have learned is that to teach another language is to teach another culture, history, and way of looking at the world.
