Teaching has always been a passion of mine. I grew up with siblings and I was the designated homework helper. I guide students through tough learning tasks by identifying the ways that they can personally relate to the assignment. I believe there is always a connection between education and real life. Once you understand how the subject/equation fits into your reality, it becomes easier to solve. I am particularly good at communication with students who are not confident in their learning abilities. I have experienced feelings of insecurity and I know what it takes to pull oneself out of that and persevere. This is a strategy that I pass on to my students.
