I am the fun and engaging teacher and facilitator for dynamic and differentiated adults who want to learn English.

There are a variety of ways in which I currently and will teach with high focus on learner engagement, motivation and inspiration. I will teach in an inclusive teaching and learning environment which will allow my learners many benefits to promote learner engagement, motivation and inspiration. I am aware that my audience is always dynamic, and to cater to them, I will make my lessons an enjoyable experience and highly engaging using a variety of differentiated resources and adaptive teaching and learning methods. I am able to build a positive rapport with my learners creating safety, trust and more willingness to learn, at the same time, I will maintain a boundary. The types of communication I will use with my learners are verbal, non-verbal, written, and visual. My choice of language and vocabulary will depend on my audience. I will select words with clarity. When these elements of communication are put together, I will be able to build learner engagement, maintain focus, prevent boredom and encourage participation. I will demonstrate a variety of both teacher centred and learner centred teaching methods to facilitate the teaching process that will help learners feel inspired and engaged. A mix of teaching approaches will keep my students engaged and improve their knowledge retention. Taking a break from learning will help my learners boost energy levels, consolidate memory, improve self control and help clear any boredom that may occur, thus promoting motivation and engagement upon return. When my students feel safe, seen and valued, they will naturally feel a drive to engage, excel and collaborate. My learners will learn best when they know what they have to do.
