Friendly Maths Tutor | University of Bath Student | GCSE & A-Level

Hi, I'm Zan, a Computer Science and Mathematics student at the University of Bath with over 100 hours of tutoring experience.

I've recently helped one student improve from a grade 1 to a grade 4 and another achieve a grade 8. My lessons are relaxed, interactive and tailored to each student's needs, whether they're struggling with the basics or aiming for top grades.

Having recently completed a research project exploring mathematical education and how mathematics is communicated, I'm particularly interested in finding clear, accessible and engaging ways to explain difficult concepts.

I focus on building genuine understanding rather than simply memorising methods, using practice questions, visual explanations and real-world examples to make Maths more enjoyable.

Whatever your starting point, I'm here to help you build confidence, improve your grades and discover that Maths isn't as daunting as it might seem!
