Experienced Piano & Cello Teacher in London

I have taught over 100 students individually ranging in age from as young as four to adults. I love working with students of all levels and helping them to enjoy creating music.

I’m committed to each student’s development as an individual. Through understanding each student’s individual needs, goals and aspirations, I create a balanced lesson covering every aspect of cello and piano playing including technique, sight-reading, aural, musical expression and posture.

Students spend a lot more time practicing than they do performing or auditioning. I help students to visualise real performing from overcoming nervousness and pressure to having the correct stage presence and ultimately helping them enjoy the experience.

Many of my students work towards digital and face-to-face grade exams. I am experienced in successfully guiding them from beginning to the end with all aspect of the exam. I also play the piano accompaniment with most of my cello students at the exams.
