I am an experienced Leadership coach for teenagers. I have held leadership positions and raised leaders in the past few years.

I have a passion for raising young leaders, who can lead themselves, lead others and make meaningful impact in their generation. This is how I will teach them: 1. I will be exposing them to the ideology and mindset that makes a successful leader through reading of books, video and audio contents of successful leaders in their respective fields of interest. 2. Hold practical live sessions (online) where I will be training them: a. how to practice self-leadership habits like goal setting, time management, task management, effective communication skills b. how to study human behavior as a psychologist, because effective leadership is impossible to achieve if they don't understand why people behave the way they behave c. I will guide them through the study of nature: How it affects our daily lives and activities, both positively and negatively and how to handle them. d. How to thrive in a toxic environment without being overwhelmed. e. How to lead when they are not in the frontline and become a successful leader in their space. Just to mention a few. These are things I have demonstrated over the years.
