I use a variety of teaching aides including visuals and videos, prepared notes, self assessment questionnaires, discussion and self-reflection activities, that enable learners to become acquainted with the main components of Emotional Intelligence (EQ), its links to assertiveness and communication and their practical application and expression in the workplace.
