My lessons are aimed at GCSE and IGCSE Geography students of all abilities, whether they need help understanding the basics, want to improve their exam technique or are working towards a higher grade. I begin by identifying each student’s strengths, areas for improvement and exam-board requirements, then adapt my teaching to suit their individual needs. I explain challenging geographical concepts in clear, manageable steps and use maps, diagrams, case studies, retrieval questions and exam-style practice to make lessons engaging. I also teach students how to understand command words, structure longer answers and use evidence effectively. My approach is patient, encouraging and interactive, helping students build confidence while making steady academic progress.
