ESL teacher providing lessons to adults of any level

I teach with a student-centred approach, following my CELTA training, this includes pair work and a productive task at the end of each lesson.
I have also included online learning games into my lessons: such as Kahoot to create a sense of healthy competition between learners and increase their motivation.
My lessons use visuals to help with comprehension and elicitation, this enables learners to produce the answer independently and build on what they already know.
I make sure my instructions are clear and support weaker learners to understand the lesson objectives.
In closing I have worked with a variety of ages and nationalities which has helped me understand how to better support my learners.
