My coaching is centred around one core belief: success means very little if you are not happy living it.
Many students are high-achieving, capable and full of potential, yet still feel anxious, uncertain or disconnected. They are told to focus on grades, career paths and productivity, but rarely given space to ask deeper questions like: What actually makes me happy? What do I value? What kind of life do I want to build?
That is where I work.
I provide structured, supportive life coaching that helps students build clarity, confidence and a genuine sense of direction. My sessions are designed to create a calm, non-judgemental environment where students can speak openly about pressure, comparison, procrastination, self-doubt or fear of making the wrong choices. Often, what looks like “lack of motivation” is really a lack of alignment. Together, we explore what truly matters to them and what might be draining their energy.
Each session follows a clear but flexible format. We begin by identifying what feels most important that week. I ask thoughtful, direct questions to help uncover patterns, limiting beliefs or habits that may be holding them back. Once we have clarity, we move into practical action. We break goals into manageable steps and build simple systems that support consistent progress. I focus on sustainable change rather than quick fixes.
My background shapes the way I coach. As a professional actor, I understand confidence, rejection, identity and performance pressure. Working in competitive creative industries requires resilience and a strong sense of self. I have navigated uncertainty, career pivots and long-term ambition, so I bring lived experience to conversations about purpose and direction.
As a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, I have extensive one-to-one coaching experience. I have helped clients transform not only their physical health but also their mindset, discipline and self-belief. Personal training is ultimately about behaviour change, accountability and trust, skills that transfer directly into life coaching. I understand how to help someone move from intention to action.
