I create a calm, non-judgemental environment where students feel comfortable speaking openly about what they are facing, whether that is uncertainty about their future, lack of confidence, academic pressure or feeling stuck. I create a calm, non-judgemental environment where students feel comfortable speaking openly about what they are facing, whether that is uncertainty about their future, lack of confidence, academic pressure or feeling stuck. The foundation of my coaching is trust, clarity and forward momentum.
Each session follows a clear but flexible format. We begin by identifying the most pressing issue or goal for that week. I ask thoughtful questions to help students gain perspective and recognise patterns in their thinking or behaviour. Once we have clarity, we shift into practical strategy. Together, we break larger goals into manageable steps and create realistic action plans. I emphasise building systems and habits rather than relying on short bursts of motivation, so progress feels steady and sustainable.
My background as a professional actor has given me first-hand experience of resilience, rejection, high performance environments and self-belief. As a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, I have extensive one-to-one coaching experience, helping clients set goals, change habits and stay accountable over time. I understand how to balance encouragement with challenge and how to guide someone from intention to consistent action.
Students can expect sessions that are honest, motivating and practical. I provide clear tools they can implement immediately, alongside reflective exercises that deepen self-awareness. I adapt my approach to the individual, recognising that some students need more structure, while others need support building confidence first. The long-term aim is to help students develop clarity, resilience and independence, so they leave not just with solutions, but with skills for life.
