I previously served as a Private Personal Trainer at Equinox in London, where I designed fully customized training and nutrition programs for high-profile clients. My work required discretion, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset, all while delivering a luxury experience in both private studios and home settings.
Holding a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning from Middlesex University, I combine academic expertise with practical experience, including working with elite athletes at Saracens Rugby Club. My methods are grounded in biomechanics, injury prevention, and performance-based coaching.
In addition to one-on-one coaching, I’ve led diverse group fitness classes at Pulse Fitness and iGym, which has refined my ability to engage and motivate clients across various fitness levels even in virtual formats.
