I have over 12 years of teaching experience with preschool and grade school learners, as well as experience in tutoring and developing learning materials. I teach using a learner-centered approach by first identifying students’ needs and prior knowledge. I use clear explanations, examples, interactive activities, guided practice, and digital tools to make lessons engaging and easy to understand. I provide constructive feedback and adjust my teaching strategies based on each learner’s abilities.
