Advert description
I teach Economics at every level, from GCSE through A-Level, IB and introductory university courses. As an Economics student myself, I know how the subject actually feels when you're learning it, and I know exactly what examiners are looking for and where students tend to lose marks without realising.
My lessons are structured but I adapt them to you. I like to start by figuring out where things aren't clicking, because more often than not the problem isn't the question in front of you but a core idea further back that never quite settled. So we build understanding first and technique second. Once you genuinely get why a model works, applying it under exam pressure becomes so much easier.
I put a lot of focus on the two things that tend to separate a good grade from a top one, which are your diagrams and your evaluation. We'll practise drawing and adapting diagrams until they feel automatic, and I'll show you how to write evaluation that's sharp and balanced rather than vague. I also like to connect the theory to what's actually happening in the world and in markets right now, because it makes everything click into place and honestly makes the subject a lot more enjoyable.
Between our sessions I'll set some targeted practice and give you clear feedback, so you keep moving forward instead of starting from scratch each week. Lessons are relaxed, patient and paced entirely around you.
If you'd like friendly, exam-ready Economics tuition from someone who's recently sat these exams and genuinely loves the subject, do get in touch. I'd be really happy to help.
