Early Reading & Phonics Tutor (EYFS/KS1) | Fun, Structured Lessons

I am a qualified teacher specialising in EYFS and KS1, supporting children aged 4–7 to build strong foundations in phonics, blending and early writing through fun, structured lessons.

I understand that learning to read can feel challenging for some children. My approach is calm, encouraging and focused on building confidence. I break learning into small, manageable steps so children experience success quickly — helping them stay motivated and engaged.

My lessons are pacy, structured and carefully sequenced, following a clear phonics approach:

Review previously taught sounds
Teach a new sound
Practise reading words using the focus sound
Apply learning through reading and writing simple sentences

This consistent structure helps children feel secure in their learning while making clear progress each week.
