My classes follow a dynamic Vinyasa arc, linking breath to movement through sun salutations and standing postures to build heat, strength and focus, before settling into a slower, restorative close to leave you grounded. I cue clearly, offer modifications so every posture works for every body, and keep the atmosphere calm and unpretentious. Beginners are welcome alongside experienced students; you'll never be left behind or feel inadequate.
