An ambitious tutor with design on intentions to making students’/pupils 'with ability, realise their goals, whilst enabling them to apply maximum efficiency to their chosen profession. Improvers to experience a step-by-step methodical process, leading to an understanding as to why the topic under consideration, was necessary. My objective is to see an impact on the wider community, giving me a great sense of achievement and purpose.

I wanted to write to you following my learning walk in STEM @bromleycampus on Thursday to let you know how much I enjoyed your lesson. I am sure Errol will have given you more detailed feedback, but I wanted to also let you know that I thought this was a good lesson. In particular I thought the way in which you involved learners in delivering and demonstrating at the front of the class was excellent practice and it was good to see their knowledge and confidence grow even in the short time I was in the class. 

Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to our students and your colleagues at LSEC. Please keep up the good with Neville - it was a pleasure to observe your class.
