Compassionate coaching for ADHD support including wellbeing, motivation, and goal-setting

Advert description
As someone with ADHD, I know from experience how difficult and draining it can be to succeed academically, personally, and professionally. After years of research and experimentation, I have developed a multitude of strategies to balance achievement with mental wellbeing.

Personalised instruction may focus on topics such as...

~ building study plans ~ preparing for tests ~ creating schedules, routines, and habits ~ maintaining focus in class ~ managing time effectively ~ setting and tracking goals ~ reducing procrastination and avoidance ~ prioritising self care, sleep, and meal planning ~ organising ~ building confidence and self-trust ~ creating supportive environments ~ implementing ADHD tools and strategies ~ preparing for life changes (college, career, moves, etc.) ~ understanding the ADHD brain ~ other topics upon request.

Accomplishing your goals doesn’t have to feel like a punishment! My approach centres on creating better awareness and compassion for ADHD needs. Instead of trying to force yourself to stick to neurotypical productivity advice, I can help you to experiment with science-backed techniques that work with your brain instead of against it. This might look like using gamification, novelty, environmental cues, and other support systems.

My role will simply be to make neurodivergent-friendly suggestions and act as a supportive accountability buddy along the way. The first session is always free so we can take time to get to know your specific needs and ensure that my coaching is a good fit for you.

Disclaimer: Please note that my services cannot replace the professional guidance offered by licensed therapists or medical professionals.
