I am a Masters chemistry graduate from the University of Oxford, giving chemistry lessons at all levels up to A level

I will tailor my teaching to each student’s strengths, weaknesses and learning style. For A-Level Chemistry, I will break complex topics into clear, manageable steps and use worked examples to build understanding before moving onto exam-style questions.

During online lessons, I will use a shared digital whiteboard to explain mechanisms, calculations and diagrams, while regularly asking questions to check understanding and encourage students to explain their reasoning. I will also use past-paper questions to identify gaps in knowledge and develop good exam technique.

I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and building confidence in their ability to solve problems independently.
