Hi, I'm Olivia — a certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor.

I help people feel stronger, calmer, and more confident through movement. My approach blends classical and contemporary Pilates, meeting you where you are and taking you to the next level.

Pilates has taught me the importance of both challenge and balance — building strength while creating space to switch off, reset, and feel present. That's what I aim to bring into every session I teach, whether you're building strength, recovering from injury, or simply looking for a moment of calm.
