My Pilates sessions are rooted in anatomy, physiology and intelligent movement, helping you understand not just how to move, but why certain movements benefit your body. I focus on building long-term strength, mobility and body awareness through controlled, purposeful movement that supports both performance and everyday wellbeing.

With a background in elite sport and neuroscience, I take a highly individual approach to teaching, adapting sessions to suit different bodies, goals and experience levels. Whether you are looking to improve posture, recover from injury, reduce stress, build core strength or simply move and feel better, my sessions are designed to leave you feeling stronger, more balanced and more connected to your body.

I have experience working alongside physiotherapists to support injury rehabilitation and help clients regain confidence in movement safely and effectively. My teaching combines technical knowledge with a calm, encouraging environment, making sessions both challenging and accessible.

Alongside physical benefits, I aim to create sessions that help regulate the nervous system, improve focus and provide space to reset from the demands of everyday life. My goal is to help clients move with confidence, strength and ease — both inside and outside the studio.
