Hi, I’m Amrin, an Early Careers & Employability Mentor with over 10 years of experience in recruitment, HR and career development.

I’ve worked with organisations including Meta, EY, Twitter (X) and high-growth technology companies, giving me first-hand insight into what employers genuinely look for when hiring. Today, I use that experience to help students and young people build confidence, discover careers they’re genuinely suited to and stand out in a competitive job market.

My aim isn’t simply to help someone write a better CV.

I help people understand who they are, what opportunities are available to them and how to achieve the career they want.

Many young people leave school or college feeling overwhelmed by the number of choices available. Around 1 million people aged 16–24 in the UK are currently not in education, employment or training, while many others simply don’t know where to begin.

My mission is to bridge the gap between education and employment by providing the personalised guidance that schools and colleges often don’t have time to offer.

I believe everyone deserves to build a future around what they’re genuinely good at - not just follow the path they think they should take.
